Return and refund policy
All LEFEVRE CHOCOLATE products are made fresh to order. As chocolate products are perishable and prepared specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, where permitted by law.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at lefevrechocolate@gmail.com. We may be able to cancel the order if preparation has not started. Once an order has entered preparation or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged, faulty, incorrect, or misdescribed items
Please contact us promptly if your order:
- Arrives damaged
- Is faulty or unsuitable for consumption
- Contains the wrong product
- Is missing an item
- Does not match the description or order placed
Please email lefevrechocolate@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Any refund approved by us will normally be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to a remedy even where change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
We do not provide a return address unless we have agreed in writing that an item should be returned. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once you have shown evidence of the above, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
