At Lefevre Chocolate, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted Belgian chocolates. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our returns policy below.
Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on perishable food items such as chocolates. However, if your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please email us at lefevrechocolate@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photographs of the damage or incorrect item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Perishable Items
For any non-perishable items (such as gift packaging or accessories), you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning any items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
