It All Started with an Obsession
After visiting London in 1998 and wandering around the city's most celebrated chocolatier shops, Richard knew he wanted to perfect a chocolate truffle. His aim was simplicity and that simplicity stemmed from a deep, personal obsession with flavour.
"I LOVE Chocolate!" he says. "And sometimes I just want to enjoy a chocolate taste with no other flavours."
